We, the undersigned, all being persons of full age and all being residents of the State of New York, pursuant to Article 2 of the religious Corporation Law of the State of New York, hereby certify as follows:
1.
The name of this religious corporation is “Pillars of HER Traditions, Interfaith Ministry.”
2.The purpose for which the corporation is formed is as follows:
To conduct interfaith spiritual services;
To welcome all people who wish to honor Goddess regardless of race, color, or creed;
To address the spiritual needs of our community by offering information and education, as well as prayer, meditation, Reiki, worship services; with attention to similarities in spiritual practices and beliefs across faiths and doctrines;
To seek wholeness of body, mind and spirit through a better understanding of Goddess;
To promote closer interaction of cultural, racial and religious groups;
To enhance spiritual values of unconditional love, integrity and excellence;
To encourage understanding, community service and ethical behavior;
To affirm every individual’s religious preferences recognizing that there are an infinite number of paths to truth, but only one journey, Goddess is one.
3.The incorporators herein, who shall also be the initial trustees of the incorporation until there is an election by the membership, which election shall be held no later than one year from the date hereof, are the following persons:

4.The principal office and place of worship of the corporation shall be located in the City and State of New York, County of Richmond.
5.The date of the annual meeting of the membership of the corporation, at which time the trustees shall be elected, shall be on the 1st day of September of each year.

7.Notwithstanding any other provision of these Articles, the corporation is organized exclusively for one or more of the following purposes: religious, charitable and educational purposes as specified in Section 501 © (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, and shall not carry on any activities not permitted to be carried on by a corporation exempt from Federal Income Tax under section 501© (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954.
8.No part of the income of the corporation shall inure to the benefit of any member, trustee, director, officer of the corporation or any private individual (except that reasonable compensation may be paid for services rendered to or for the corporation affecting one or more of its purposes), and no member, trustee, officer of the corporation or any private individual shall be entitled to share in the distribution of any of the corporate assets on dissolution of the corporation. In the event of dissolution, all of the remaining assets and property of the corporation shall after necessary expenses thereof be distributed to another organization exempt under Section 501© 3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, or corresponding provisions of any subsequent Federal Tax laws, or to the Federal Government, or state or local government for a public purpose.
9.No substantial part of the activities of the corporation shall be carrying on propaganda, or otherwise attempting to influence legislation, or participating in, or intervening in 9including the publication or distribution of statements), any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for public office.
